The Supernova Market is an annual, not-for-profit event that showcases the exceptional creative talent of Atlantic Canada. This community-driven platform brings together artisans, makers, and creatives, offering them the opportunity to display their work, connect with new audiences, and generate sales, all while supporting the local economy. Find out who will be in the Vendor Marketplace.

Held outdoors on the beautiful Foundation Wharf in the heart of Downtown Halifax, the Supernova Market is free to attend and a beloved community event. Enjoy an unforgettable day shopping in the marketplace with vendors joining us from across Atlantic Canada, while taking in some live music in the container stage.

LIVE MUSIC SCHEDULE:

Christian Kirby  1:00 - 3:00 PM

An Irish singer-songwriter based in Nova Scotia, Christian Kirby creates immersive, looped soundscapes that blend Alternative-Rock and Indie-Folk. With poetic lyrics, percussive guitar, and a voice as haunting as the Atlantic fog, Kirby delivers an experience that’s unforgettable.

Katelyn Danielle Music  4:00 - 6:00 PM

A rising star in Atlantic Canada’s music scene, Katlyn Danielle brings warmth, authenticity, and unforgettable melodies to the stage. Her folk-pop sound is equal parts powerful and vulnerable, like a musical hug that wraps around you.
