We’re Looking For Volunteers Who Are:

Reliable, honest, and trustworthy

19+ years of age

Friendly, energetic, and community-minded

Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Volunteer Roles
Vendor Assistant - Help vendors have an enjoyable experience!
Time Commitment: 1 - 2 hours (depending upon your availability)
Key Responsibilities:

Greet vendors and guide them to their space using the vendor map

Provide short break coverage or support as needed
Perks: Meet local creatives and get behind-the-scenes vendor experience.
Production Assistant - Build the market from the ground up, or pack it down smoothly!
Time Commitment: 1 - 3 hours (depending upon your availability)
Key Responsibilities:

Set up or take down chairs, tents, and signage

Help move supplies and assist with logistics

Work as part of the core event crew
Perks: Gain event production experience and build teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Hub Support - Be the go-to guide at the info hub!
Time Commitment: 1 - 3 hours (depending upon your availability)
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and volunteers and answer questions

Answer questions and assist guests and vendors as needed

Relay key info to event staff and keep the energy positive
Perks: Be at the heart of the action and make meaningful community connections!
Inclusion Team - Support a safe, inclusive, and accessible space for all!
Time Commitment: 1 - 2 hours (depending upon your availability)
Key Responsibilities:

Champion inclusion and belonging

Offer support to those needing assistance

Flag accessibility concerns to event staff
Perks: Learn about accessibility in events and help create a welcoming vibe for all!
